Our story
A story built alongside repair shops
VEXCOM's story began in 2016 in Chapecó, Santa Catarina, Brazil, with a management system built for auto repair shops. Our first customer joined that year and is still with us today. Those were years of learning side by side with repair shops, understanding the daily routine of the people who keep the industry running. In 2019, the project became a company: VEXCOM Sistemas was founded, with structure, planning and the same focus as always: auto repair shops, auto parts stores and auto centers.
From day one, support has been a priority: a team that treats people as people and understands each customer’s reality. Our goal is to simplify management and be a partner in the growth of every repair shop, parts store and auto center.

What is VEXCOM?
VEXCOM is a cloud ERP for auto repair shops, auto parts stores and auto centers. It brings work orders, inventory, tax invoicing, finance, point of sale and BI into one system, with an app for Android and iOS. Founded in 2019 in Chapecó, Brazil, VEXCOM builds on a system that has served repair shops since 2016.
Do I need to install anything?
No. VEXCOM runs in the cloud: you use it in the browser, on any computer, with no server of your own. Only the counter point of sale, if you use it, is installed on the checkout computer.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. With the VEXCOM app for Android and iOS, your team does checklists, quotes and work orders right from the bay, records photos and videos of the vehicle and sends everything to the customer.
Can customers follow the service?
Yes. The work order can be sent over WhatsApp with a tracking link, no login needed, and the customer gets an alert every time the service status changes.
Does VEXCOM issue tax invoices?
Yes, for Brazil: NF-e, NFC-e and NFS-e are issued right from the system. For other countries, check local availability with our team.
Does it work for more than one company or branch?
Yes. VEXCOM handles multiple companies and branches, with stock transfers between them and consolidated BI dashboards and reports.
How do I migrate from my current system?
Our team supports the rollout and helps bring your records and inventory into VEXCOM.
How does support work?
Support comes from the VEXCOM team itself, people who know the day-to-day of repair shops and parts stores. Inside the system, an AI assistant also answers how-to questions on the spot.
Is the system multilingual?
Yes. VEXCOM is available in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
