At VEXCOM SISTEMAS LTDA (the "Company", "we" or "us"), registered in Brazil under CNPJ 33.462.939/0001-27, headquartered at R. Eduardo Pedroso da Silva, 195 E, Sl 412, 4º andar, Efapi, Chapecó (SC), Brazil, ZIP 89809-060, with jurisdiction in Chapecó, Santa Catarina, your privacy and the protection of your personal data matter a great deal. This Policy explains how we handle personal data sent through the website vexcomsistemas.com.br, including the Spanish and English versions and the blog (the "Website"), and what your rights are under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, "LGPD").

This Policy applies only to the Website. The VEXCOM app and the management system (ERP) used by our customers have their own documents.

1. Basic concepts

  • Personal data: any information that identifies an individual or makes it possible to identify them, such as name, phone number, email or address.
  • Processing: any use of personal data, such as collecting, receiving, storing, sending, consulting or deleting it.
  • Data subject: the individual the data refers to, that is, you.
  • Controller: whoever makes decisions about the processing of the data. On the Website, it is VEXCOM SISTEMAS LTDA.
  • Data Protection Officer: the person appointed by the Company to communicate with you and with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) about personal data.

2. What personal data we process

Contact form

When you book a demo or send a message through the form, we receive:

  • name, company, WhatsApp or phone number, and email;
  • your company's segment and your message, if you write one;
  • in the Spanish and English versions, also your country and the country calling code of your phone.

Along with this data, we record proof of your consent: the date and time of submission, the version of this Policy, the text you accepted, the language and the page from which the form was sent.

Technical security data

To protect the form against bots and mass submissions, your IP address and technical information about your browser are used at the time of submission by Cloudflare's bot check and submission limit. We do not store your IP address or send it along with your contact details.

Cookies and preferences

The Website does not use cookies, neither its own nor advertising cookies, and currently does not use browsing analytics tools. The only information stored in your browser is the language you chose, so the Website opens in the same language on your next visit. It stays only on your device and can be deleted in your browser settings. If this changes, this Policy will be updated beforehand.

3. What we use your data for

  • Responding to your contact: scheduling the demo or replying to your message by phone, WhatsApp or email. Legal basis: your consent, given in the form.
  • Proving consent: keeping a record of when and how you accepted this Policy. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation and the regular exercise of rights.
  • Protecting the Website: preventing bots, spam and abuse of the form. Legal basis: the Company's legitimate interest and your own security.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to send you advertising you did not ask for.

4. Where the data is kept and who we share it with

The Website does not store form data in a database. Each submission becomes an email to the Company's sales team (comercial@vexcomsistemas.com.br), and the data is kept in that mailbox. To do this, we rely on a few service providers, which process the data only to carry out these tasks:

  • Cloudflare: Website hosting, bot check (Turnstile) and the form's submission limit.
  • Resend: sending the email with the form data to the sales team.
  • The Company's email provider: storage of the sales team's mailbox.

When you choose to talk to us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place in the WhatsApp app, a third-party service with its own terms and policy. Links to social networks, app stores and partner websites also lead to services we do not control.

We may also share data with public authorities when required by law or by court order.

5. Transfers to other countries

The Company is based in Brazil and follows Brazilian law. Some of the service providers mentioned above, such as Cloudflare and Resend, process data in the United States and other countries. These transfers are necessary for the Website and the form to work and are made with providers that adopt data protection measures compatible with the LGPD.

6. How long we keep the data

Form data is kept only for as long as needed to handle your contact and any business relationship with the Company, or longer when required by law or for the regular exercise of rights. After that, it is deleted. You can request deletion at any time, as described in section 8.

7. How we protect your data

We take security measures to protect your data: the Website works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), the form has a bot check and a submission limit, and the data is not exposed in any public area.

Even so, no system is completely secure. If you notice anything that compromises the security of your data in your dealings with us, let us know using the contacts in section 8.

8. Your rights and how to exercise them

The LGPD grants you, among others, the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your data and access it;
  • correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
  • request the portability of your data to another provider;
  • know who we share your data with;
  • be informed about the possibility of not giving consent and its consequences, and withdraw your consent at any time;
  • file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

You may choose not to provide your data, but without it we cannot respond to the contact form. To reach us without the form, use WhatsApp or email.

9. Updates to this Policy

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the Website or to the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. We recommend that you check it periodically.
