These Terms of Use apply to the website vexcomsistemas.com.br, including the Spanish and English versions and the blog (the "Website"), operated by VEXCOM SISTEMAS LTDA (the "Company", "we" or "us"), registered in Brazil under CNPJ 33.462.939/0001-27, headquartered and with jurisdiction in Chapecó, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
By browsing the Website or sending a message through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Definitions
- Website: the pages of vexcomsistemas.com.br, in any language, and the blog.
- User or you: anyone who accesses the Website.
- VEXCOM System: the management software (ERP) and the apps offered by the Company.
- Company, we or us: VEXCOM SISTEMAS LTDA.
2. What the Website is for
The Website presents the Company and the VEXCOM System and lets you book a demo or send a message. The information published, such as features, figures and screenshots, is for information purposes only and may change without notice. It is not a commercial offer or a contract.
Subscribing to and using the VEXCOM System, including the trial period and access through the "Log in" button, take place in the System itself and follow the conditions presented at sign-up, not these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Website, you agree not to:
- provide false information or someone else's information in the contact form;
- send bulk messages, unsolicited advertising, or offensive or illegal content;
- try to bypass the bot check, the submission limit or any other security measure of the Website;
- access the Website in an automated way to overload it, copy its content in bulk or exploit flaws.
The Company may block access and submissions that break these rules.
4. Contact form and WhatsApp
When you send the form, the information goes to the Company's sales team, who will contact you by the phone number, WhatsApp or email you provided. We aim to reply quickly, but we do not guarantee a response time.
The WhatsApp buttons open a conversation in the WhatsApp app, a third-party service with its own terms and policy.

5. Intellectual property
The VEXCOM brand, logos, texts, images, System screens and the Website's code belong to the Company or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Third-party trademarks shown on the Website, such as those of partners, accelerators, social networks and app stores, belong to their owners and are mentioned for identification only.
6. Links to third-party websites
The Website has links to third-party pages, such as social networks, app stores and partner websites. The Company does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the Website online and its information accurate, but it may be unavailable due to maintenance or factors beyond our control, and the content may contain inaccuracies. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from the use of the Website or the inability to access it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the District of Chapecó, Santa Catarina, Brazil, are chosen to settle any matter related to them, except where the law provides for another jurisdiction.
